He gave Karen a hard quick kiss on her lips. "Be tight back, babe," he told her. "Oh, Ben. Let the kid go, will you? She does this every damn time we take her to the drive-in," Karen whined. She tried to reach up to Ben's hair again, but he was already leaning forward and pulling on the door handle. He got out and ducked his head back in.
"Keep my place, baby." He winked at Karen. He glared once at Fred, who was wiping snot on the steering wheel. The boy's full attention was on the movie.
"Fred, you're a stupid asshole," Ben said. Fired sniffed, rubbed his nostrils vigorously. "Huh?" he said, glancing at Fred.
"Nothing," Fred said, shutting the door.
He looked around for his sister but she had vanished. He sighed, rubbed his chin to clean off his own drool from sucking on Karen's giant knockers, then started off in search of Linda.
He had a good idea where she'd gone the same damn place she always went!
Linda walked swiftly between the parked cars, noting that almost all of the windows were fogged over, some so thick with mist that it had begun running down the windows in rivers.
She made her way quickly to the back row and crossed the roadway behind. There was a slight incline, then a wide thick hedge of bushes. Just behind the bushes, there ran a railroad track that was still in use for freight trains. A wide empty field spread out beyond the tracks.
Deep in the bushes, there was a tar paper shed. Very few of the kids who used the drive-in knew it existed. Linda had learned about it from Ben.
She pushed her way into the bushes and cursed the scratchy thorns as she worked her way toward the shed.
Damn that idiot Fred! He had taken Linda out twice now, and she should have learned her lesson the first time. Fred had taken Linda to this same drive-in, and they had actually watched the whole fucking film!
